Review for Erakor Island Resort & Spa in Port Vila
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a comfortable twin/double room that featured two massage beds and air conditioning, along with direct access to the beautiful lagoon, which I really appreciated. the addition of coffee/tea makers and refrigerators in the room was also a nice touch.

Nice surroundings and friendly staff that greeted us when we arrived. The location was great and it was easy to find plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room had a fantastic view of the water.
The hotel was really noisy and we barely slept because of the constant banging and shouting outside our room. The breakfast didn't offer many options and the coffee was terrible. Also, the hotel lacked proper air conditioning which made the room really stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. We loved that it was located on a beautiful island, just a short boat ride away from the main city. The staff were wonderful, very welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities were also great, with clear bottomed kayaks, snorkeling gear, and sun lounges available for guests to use. We especially enjoyed the location of our bungalow which was right on the beach - it was so lovely to be able to walk out of our room and straight onto the sand. The breakfast served was delicious with a range of options available.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During our cruise, we visited several islands but this small private island stood out. It was easily accessible and close to the city. the beach was excellent for relaxing and swimming with clear bottom kayaks available, and we spotted starfish and sea snakes. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were many sun lounges and umbrellas provided.
There was a lack of quality tea on offer, with only tea bags available from the breakfast service and not much variety offered.
